There is a place in this world for Skinny Mulligan and The Can of Corn Band.
This band started back in 1998 when a bunch of guys decided it was time to bring a little of this and a little of that to the table - classic rock, oldies rock, rock and roll, today's rock - a few country fried stuff - a mix of a little bit of everything. |
While Art & Tony ( Arthur Earl Smith, Jr. & Anthony Paul Alicchio ”Cheech” ) are the last of the
original band members, the Skinny Mulligan experience is still alive and well - better than ever and
with plenty of can of corn to go around!!
The players…
Art Smith , a co-founder of the band is the keyboardist.
Yes, a winner of WBZ “Star of the Day…who will it be”
with Dave Maynard in 1970, Art enjoys moonlit walks,
the Seawall at Narragansett Pier, Swedish fish – and
playing the hell out of his keyboards!! |

Tony Alicchio a co-founder of the band, is the keeper
of the beat, drummer extraordinaire, whose only big
decision gig after gig is what drum kit to use! |
Dave Allen - We knew it would only be a matter of time, Our good friend Dave is back in the Mulligan Stew!! He plays a heck of a bass guitar and sings mighty fine! A talented strapping gentleman, he has rejoined the group after a two year vacation and we are very happy he is back! |

Pat Cozzolino is our newly acquired lead guitarist. His stringing ability is awesome and makes his Strat talk the
talk (actually he often sings along to his guitar solos while gigging…really, its not a bad thing) Anyway, we're glad to
have him aboard – a musical talent indeed! |
| Mike M - Always gotta have a kid in the band - Mike is our permanent guest saxaphone player. He makes as many gigs as he can when not being pulled over for speeding- He likes sax on the beach!
Very saxy young chap! |

So there you have it – Skinny Mulligan is
better than ever – NEW LIFE! NEW MUSIC!
Now, for God sake, come listen to us, wiggle
your hips, drink a beer and buy the band a round!
